40A. Power to grant special disability leave.
- All cases relating to the grant of special disability leave under Rules 39 and 40 shall be referred to Government [x x x] [The words 'Government in Finance Department by' omitted by Notification No. G-25-29-95-C-IV, dated 9-10-1995 (w.e.f. 3-11-1995).] the Administrative Department concerned.
