Section 14(1) in Gujarat Closed Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1986
(1)The Corporation shall be entitled to receive to the exclusion of all other persons, any money due to the specified textile undertaking, realised after the appointed day, notwithstanding that the realisations pertain to a period prior to the appointed day.
