Section 11(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Rules, 1962
(1)As soon as may be, after the final statement is drawn up under sub-rule (5) of rule 10, the Collector or the authorised officer shall publish it alongwith a public notice in Form XIV informing all persons whose names are included in the final statement and also other persons interested in such lands, the time and place at which, and the date (such date being not earlier than fifteen days, after the date of publication of the notice) on which, the land shall be granted and calling upon all persons concerned to remain present on the date and at the time and place appointed as aforesaid. The statement and the public notice shall be published in the manner provided in sub-rule (2) of rule 10.
