Section 4(4) in The Himachal Pradesh Roadside Land Control Act, 1968
(4)The Collector may authorise any person to enter into or upon any land and building with or without assistants or workmen for the purpose of making an inquiry, inspections measurment or survey or taking levels:Provided that no entry shall be made except between the hours of sunrise and sunset and without giving twenty four hours' notice to the occupier or owner of such land or building.
