Section 9(1) in Bombay Children (Management of Remand Homes Maintained by District Associations) Rules, 1955
(1)In the absence of the Superintendent on leave or otherwise, the Managing Committee shall appoint in writing the seniormost person or other experienced member of the staff to work as the Superintendent of the remand home and shall communicate to the Chief Inspector of Certified Schools the name of the person so appointed.
