Section 279(3) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(3)The Health Officer or any person authorised by him in this behalf, shall disinfect or destroy, or by written notice direct the disinfection or destruction of, any clothing, bedding or other articles likely to retain infection.
