Section 1 in The Orissa Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil (Maintenance of Supplies) Order, 1979
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Order may be called the Orissa Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil (Maintenance of Supplies) Order, 1979.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
