(1)The [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994. w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] may give names to new public roads and may alter the name of any public road.(2)Executive Officer may cause to be put up or painted in Oriya on a conspicuous part of some building, wall or place, at or near each end, corner or entrances, the names of every public road.(3)No person shall without lawful authority destroy, pull, put up by order of the Executive Officer.Number of Buildings
