Section 3(1) in The Goa Information Technology Development Act, 2007
(1)For the purpose of securing and assisting in the rapid and orderly establishment and organization of Integrated Information Technology Township/Information Technology Parks, there shall be established by the Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, a Corporation by the name of the Goa Information Technology Development Corporation.
