The Appellant feels that certain factual error has kept into the decision of the learned Single Judge and a mistake happened because two different issues got mixed up together and decided together. If it is so the same can be pointed out in a review jurisdiction, so that the error apparent on the face of record if true can be corrected.

2. Appeal is dismissed with liberty as above.
