03. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
Ms. Deepali Mahapatra, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties 3 to 34 submits that challenging the impugned award dated 08.12.2023 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Jeypore at Koraput in I.D. Case No. 18 of 2015, the aforesaid opposite parties 3 to 34 have filed a writ petition bearing W.P.(C) No.30354 of 2024, which is subjudice and this matter be listed along with the said writ petition.
Put up this matter on 16th April 2025 along with W.P.(C) No.30354 of 2024.
