Section 11B(2)(e) in Indian Lunacy Act, 1912

(e)sections 6 (1), (2), (3), 11, A[11-A] and 34 of the Act, shall not apply and with such other modifications, restrictions or adaptations as the [Central Government] [Inserted by Act 32 of 1923.] may, by notification in the [official Gazette] [Inserted by Act 32 of 1923.], direct for the purpose of facilitating the application of the said provisions.
