55. Recovery of arrears.
- If any amount due from an employer or a member is in arrears, the Secretary of the Board or any other officer authorized by him in this behalf shall, after ascertaining the amount of arrears, issue a certificate for the amount to the Collector of the District concerned. On receipt of the certificate, the District Collector shall recover the amount in the same manner as arrears of land revenue due on land.
