Section 9(3) in Haryana Municipal (Control of Vehicles and Carts Drawn By Animals) Bye-laws, 1978
(3)For the purpose of clause (2) every passenger of the age of twelve years and above shall be considered to weigh 60 kilograms and that under 12 years of age to weigh 30 kilograms :Provided that no account shall be taken of children under three years of age.
