128. Certificate to be issued after actual testing and examination, etc.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that a competent person issues a certificate for the purpose of Rules 112, 117, 126 and 127 only after actual testing or, as the case may be, examination of the apparatus specified in the said rules.
