Section 14(4) in The United Provinces Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1949
(4)An owner of a cotton ginning or cotton pressing factory who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this section which is applicable to the factory, shall be punishable with fine may extend to one hundred rupees.
