Section 78A(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)The Chief Officer shall prepare and publish Citizens' Charter, a list of facilities or services rendered by the office or Department of the Council, together with the time limit for providing such facilities or services to the general public, within a period of six months from the date of commencement of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations and Municipal Councils (Second Amendment) Act, 2010.
