Section 11(1)(a) in The Haryana Service of Engineers, Class I, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch), (Public Health Branch) and (Irrigation Branch) respectively Act, 1995

(a)any period after appointment to the Service spent on deputation on a corresponding or a higher post shall count towards the period of probation fixed under this section;
