43. Control over Board. -
(1)A Board shall, in all proceedings under this Act, be subject to the control of the [State Government] [Words substituted by Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937 and the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, respectively.].(2)Any person appointed by the [State Government] [Words substituted by Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937 and the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, respectively.] in this behalf may inspect or cause to be inspected any property, books or documents in the possession or under the control of the Board and require the Board to furnish such statements, accounts, reports, copies of documents or such other information relating to the proceedings and duties of the Board, as he thinks fit to call for.
