Section 4(1) in The Delhi Metro Railway (Procedure to be followed by the Claims Commissioner and amount of compensation payable in case of death and injuries due to accidents) Rules, 2007
(1)The Claims Commissioner or the staff authorized by him hall endorse on every application the date on which it is represented or received through post under rule 3 and sign the endorsement.
