9. Preparation of copies of rolls.
(1)Arrangements shall be made to provide as many copies of the roll as deemed necessary by the Collector for conducting the election. One copy of all parts of rolls relating to all the Water Users Associations falling within his jurisdiction shall be placed on record at the office of the Collector. One copy of all parts of the roll related to individual Water Users Association Territorial Constituency-wise shall be placed on record at the office of the Water Users Association concerned. One copy of all parts of the roll relating to the Water Users Association arranged Territorial Constituency-wise, shall be placed on record at the office of the Village Administrative Officer.
