Section 6(a) in U.P. Prayagraj Mela Authority, Allahabad, Act, 2017
(a)to enter into agreement for a long term lease of such Cantonment/other land at the Mela area to provide and create such infrastructure as the Authority may decide for better management and administration of Mela throughout the year;
