13. The Controller of Examinations.
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor, on deputation from Government or any other organization.(2)The Controller of Examinations shall be responsible for advanced preparatory action, effective conduct of examinations, proper evaluation of the answer scripts, tabulations, timely declaration of the results and expeditious distribution of the Diplomas and Certificates.(3)The Controller of Examinations shall perform such other functions as may be entrusted to him by the Vice-Chancellor.
