Section 9(v) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(v)Where any person has signed as proposer a larger number of nomination papers than there are vacancies to be filled only those of the papers so signed which have been first received up to number of vacancies to be filled shall be deemed to have been accepted.
