Section 15(a) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(a)An employee may be granted extraordinary leave in special circumstances when no other leave is admissible or when other leave being admissible, the employee applies for the grant of extraordinary leave.
