Section 2(x) in The Rajasthan Regulation Compounded Cattle Feed, Concentrates and Mineral Mixtures Order, 1991
(x)'Registration Authority' means Director of Animal Husbandry Department or any other person authorised by him to exercise the Powers of a Registration Author on his behalf under this order; and
