02. 1. This matter is taken up by virtual mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

4. The petitioner is implicated in offence punishable under Sections 457/380/411/414/34 IPC.

5. Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.

6. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the co-accused persons are having criminal antecedent, the present petitioner has no such criminal antecedent.

7. The investigation is stated to have progressed substantially.

8. Regard being had to the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, substantial progress in the investigation, tender age of the petitioner and there is a possibility of reform in him, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, in C.T. Case No.30 of 2021 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

9. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

10. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
