Section 12(1) in Telangana Public Security Act, 1992
(1)An application for revision shall lie to the High Court, against any order passed by the Government under sub-section (1) of section 7 confirming the notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 or against any order of forfeiture under sub-section (1) of section 11 questioning the legality, regularity or propriety thereof.
