Section 3(1) in The Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Warehouse Accreditation) Regulations, 2011.
(1)No warehouse shall be granted registration under the Act unless it has obtained a certificate of accreditation from an accreditation agency in addition to fulfilling other eligibility criteria under section 3 of the Act, the rules and regulations made thereunder.
