(1)If any existing place for the disposal of the dead appears, at any time, to be insufficient, the Board of Councilors shall, with the sanction of the State Government, provide other fit and convenient place, either within or outside the municipal area, for the said purpose, and shall cause the same to be registered under the provisions of this Chapter.
