47. Relaxation in certain cases.
- If the contractor or the Principal Employer, as the case may be, has already provided and facility relating to supply of wholesome drinking water or restrooms or latrines and urinals or washing, canteen or creche or first aid as required under any Act applicable to the establishment and the same is adequate and also available for use for the migrant workmen, that facility shall be deemed to be provided for under these Rules.
