Section 29(3) in The Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873
(3)Notwithstanding anything in section 13, proceedings taken cognizance of by, or transferred to a Subordinate Judge under the provisions of this section shall be disposed of by him subject to the law applicable to like proceedings when disposed of by the District Judge.]
