38. Lapse of grant.
- The eligibility of an institution for purposes of aid from State funds shall cease automatically if the recognition of that institution is withdrawn and such ineligibility shall lake effect from the dale, from which the withdrawal of recognition takes effect. Subject to this condition an institution, which works throughout a financial year or for a part of a year, shall be eligible for grant of such period whether or not it works beyond that period.
