Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Miscellaneous Provisions) Third Amendment Order, 2007Published vide Notification No. JSERC/22/12/933 dated 19th March, 2007, Jharkhand Gazette (Extra-ordinary) dated 20.3.2007No. JSERC/22/12/933 dated the 19th March, 2007. - In exercise of the power conferred on it under Section 181(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following amendment to the JSERC (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order, 2003 :

1. Short title and commencement.

- This shall be called Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Miscellaneous Provisions) Third Amendment Order, 2007.

2.

They shall come into force from the date of publication in official gazette.

3.

They extend to the State of Jharkhand.

4.

The words and expressions occurring in this Order and not specially defined herein shall bear the meaning as in the Electricity Act, 2003.

5.

The Fee Structure contained in the Schedule of the Order has been revised and it may be read as under:
