Section 18(2) in Punjab State Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1996
(2)In all other matter like age of retirement and disciplinary matters, the officers and other employees of the Sub-Divisional Committee shall be governed by the Punjab Government rules as are applicable to persons holding equivalent posts.
