Section 8(1)(c) in The Jammu and Kashmir Fruit Nurseries (Licensing) Act, 1987

(c)that the owner has, without reasonable cause, failed to comply with any of the terms and conditions of the licence or any direction lawfully given by the competent authority or has contravened any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder ;
