1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)This Act may be called the . Rajasthan Habitual Offenders, Act, 1953.(2)[ It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.] [This Act extend to the whole of state of the Rajasthan Including Abu, Ajmer & Sunel area, (w.e.f. 1-9-1957) (Substituted by Act 27 of 1957).](3)It shall come into force at once.
