Section 78(3) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(3)A subsoil dispersion system shall not be closer than 18 metres from any sources of drinking water to mitigate the possibility of bacterial pollution of water supply. It shall also be as far removed from the nearest habitable building as economically feasible but not closer than 6 metres to avoid damage to the structures.
