Section 9(1)(i) in Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Act, 1999

(i)to require licensees to formulate perspective plans and schemes in coordination with others for the promotion of generation, transmission, distribution, supply and utilization of electricity, quality of service and to devise proper power purchase and procurement process:
