Section 37(1) in The Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003
(1)A dealer may make an application on plain paper to the Commissioner to transfer any case under this Act from one officer or authority to other officer or authority on the following grounds, namely:-(a)Dispute of jurisdiction; or(b)Apprehension of miscarriage of justice; or(c)Business convenience.
