CR-9138-2025 (O&M) and other connected cases -31- Court in a bunch of Civil Revision Petitions with the lead case bearing No.CR-3884-2023, titled Yashpreet Singh Versus Union Of India and Another, on 20.04.2026, wherein it has been held that the territorial jurisdiction of the Court to hear the objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, shall be at Faridkot and not at Bathinda and therefore, the present Civil Revision Petitions may be dismissed in the same terms.
2. In view of the above, the present Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed in the same terms as in CR-3884-2023.
3. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
4. A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of other connected cases.
