190. Closure of public street for parking purposes.
- The Chief Executive Officer may, with the prior approval of the Mayor-in-Council, close any portion of a public street and declare it as a parking area and charge parking fees at different rates for different vehicles for different areas and for different periods in accordance with such regulation as may be made in this behalf.
