Section 97(2) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968

(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 [5 of 1898] [Now the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.], every offence under this Act shall for the purposes of the said Code be deemed to be non-cognizable.
