Section 12(6)(a) in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014

(a)The Authority shall devise a suitable mechanism for financial incentives/ disincentives to the farmer's organisations and other water users for ensuring delivery of services to their members as per the determination.
