Section 15(4) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(4)The management of every Society shall vest in a Governing body elected under sub-section (1), which shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be conferred or imposed by this Act, the rules or the bye-laws.
