Section 24(3) in Tamil Nadu Handloom and Handloom Silk Weaving Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006
(3)The amount shall be sanctioned only if the following conditions are fulfilled, namely : -(a)This assistance shall be given to a registered manual worker only once.(b)The registered manual worker applying for assistance shall have no dues payable to the Board.
