As scheduled, the matter is heard today dated 14.8.2013. Appellant not present. The KIIT is represented by Adv. Dhirender Kumar Jha. He submits that vide letter dated 26.2.2013, the Sr. Public Information Officer of KIIT has informed the appellant that the information requested for by him is not being held by KIIT and, therefore, the question of supplying it does not arise. Adv. Jha amplifies that the quiz in question was outsourced to a private agency and the record thereof are not being maintained by KIIT.
2. As the requisite information is not being maintained by the public authority, the matter is being closed.
