(2)When a sealed cover, containing a Will is opened under an order of a Court under Section-46, a note to that effect shall be made in register Book No. 5 in the column headed 'number of document in Book-3, and the Form No. 12(2) Appendix-II shall be adopted in making the endorsement on the Will itself.
