01. 1. Issue notice. Mr. A. Kedia, learned Junior Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.1 to 6. Learned counsel for the Petitioner shall serve extra copies of the writ petition on him within three days.
2. Notice to Opposite Party Nos.7 and 8 be issued by Speed/Registered Post with A.D. making it returnable before the next date. Requisites be filed within a week. The tracking report be placed on record before the next date. Replies be filed within eight weeks and rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed before the next date.
