Section 17(3)(b) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 2007

(b)Subject to para (a) and depending upon the qualification, specialization and experience in respective disciplines, the individual consultants shall be categorized into five levels as given in Schedule II:
